Hi, I'm Cara! (pronounced car-uh). I am a thoughtful designer and visual storyteller. I approach design with curiosity, heart, and enthusiasm in order to identify existing problems and develop human-centered solutions.
SIFF is a well-known and beloved Seattle institution that currently lacks any consistent branding. We developed a design system with an interchangeable kit of parts. Our system represents the dynamic, offbeat, connecting spirit of SIFF while providing visual cohesion across media channels.
For better and worse, the world recently underwent a collective period of solitude. Though difficult in many ways, it revealed the importance of slowing down and getting comfortable spending time alone. Homebody was created in response to these revelations, and serves as a guide to introspection.
